Lose Baby Weight - Fitting Exercise In With Kids
Think you are already maximising the time you have for exercise? Why not take our fun quiz to see how mum-fit you are.

The kids are watching one of their TV programs. Do you:

  1. Catch up on what’s been happening with Fireman Sam. It’s actually a really good show.
  2. Use the down time to do a quick Lounge Room Workout.

You need to return a library book. Do you:

  2. Make the most of it and walk the kids to the library and back

The doctor is running 30 minutes behind for your appointment. Do you:

Try your best to use any down time to get moving. Exercise doesn’t need to be in a one hour block – just keep moving and this will help you to lose pregnancy weight.

It’s broken up into 10 and 15 minute sections so you could aim to do 2-3 sessions across the day or night. It all adds up!
