Ingredients

  •  2 tbsp of 100% natural honey
  • 125g (1 cup) of wholemeal SR flour
  • 25g of dark choc chips (roughly 50 chips)
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 80-100mls of water

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together, adding the water in half at a time, just to make sure it doesn’t get too runny, it needs to be of a dough consistency.
  • Roll into little balls, I get 18 balls per batch.
  • Pop 1/2 of the balls into the microwave, they need around a minute depending on your microwave- try cooking in 30 sec intervals. If you cook them all at once they will not cook evenly.
  • Enjoy
