Motivating Mum Rae Willingham has created this delicious and indulgent Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipe.  This smoothie recipe is a little higher in calories than your regular smoothie recipe but that can be easily amended by reducing your recipe ingredients. Try using 1/2 tbsp or tsps for your added extras.

Lose Baby Weight- Bounty SMoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 serve Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
  • 200ml Coconut Water
  • 100ml Almond Milk
  • 1tbs Coconut
  • 1tbs Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1tbs Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbs Mayver’s Peanut & Cocoa Spread

Method

  • Combine all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins until it is well combined.
  • Enjoy!
