Is chocolate and orange not the best flavour combo ever?
This quick and easy treat only takes 5 mins to make and tastes amazing! At only 240 calories per serve you can whip it up for friends or even the kids, or just indulge yourself while still losing baby weight!
Jaffa Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of ricotta
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons orange rind
- 3 tablespoons of juice from an orange
- 1 tablespoon of cacao
- 2 tablespoons dark choc bits
Method
- Combine everything minus the dark choc bits in a food processor, making sure all well combined.
- Melt the dark choc chips in the microwave until melted, let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding to the ricotta mix.
- Once cooled slightly add the melted chocolate into the food processor and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 30min or eat straight away.
Recipe makes 1 serve, 240 calories per serve
