Jaffa Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons orange rind
  • 3 tablespoons of juice from an orange
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao
  • 2 tablespoons dark choc bits

Method

  • Combine everything minus the dark choc bits in a food processor, making sure all well combined.
  • Melt the dark choc chips in the microwave until melted, let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding to the ricotta mix.
  • Once cooled slightly add the melted chocolate into the food processor and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for 30min or eat straight away.

Recipe makes 1 serve, 240 calories per serve
