Today we have a Greek-inspired burger patty that you can enjoy with the family, all the while knowing you are making a ‘good’ choice.
When you are trying to lose weight you can find yourself getting caught up in the ‘good food’ and ‘bad food’ mentality, but not all food can be categorised so simply.
In the same way, burgers are often synonymous with ‘junk food’, ‘unhealthy’ or even ‘bad’. Here at Lose Baby Weight we know that if we suggested that that you should never to eat a burger again, that would be pretty unreasonable. And not necessary!
Ingredients:
- 450g lean minced lamb
- ½ cup low fat feta
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
