Lose Baby Weight- Choconut Balls
 

 

Ingredients28_day_challenge

  • 12 dried Dates, soaked in hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa/Cacao
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 100g Dark Choc for melting and coating

Method

  • Blend all ingredients, except the dark chocolate, using a stick blender or food processor until combined.
  • Put the mixture into the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Roll balls using a teaspoon to measure out the size.
  • Place on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and coat the balls.
  • Enjoy!!

Makes 12 balls.
