You can make this smoothie bowl to suit you and what you like, you could top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, healthy milo, oats- the options are endless.  Healthy chocolate breakfast bowl

Ingredients

Method

  • Soak chia seeds in milk for a few minutes, you want your smoothie nice and thick
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well
  • Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings, I used All Bran Cereal and 6 chopped almonds

Serves 1, 420 calories per serve
