Lose Baby Weight- Choc Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of dark choc chips
  • 1/4 cup of skim milk
  • 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar/natural sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method 

  • Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Add all the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir together until mixed well.
  • Use a baking tray, you can choose to line it with baking paper if you wish to and place the mix evenly onto the tray, I chose to get a piece of baking paper and place it over the top of the tray and pressed down until all the mixture was spread evenly onto the baking tray.
  • Place into the oven on 160 degrees for about 30-35 mins or until firm.
  • You should roughly get 18 squares a batch.
