Carrot Cake smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp The Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
  • 1 cup Almond/Coconut Milk
  • 1 small Carrot grated
  • 25g Walnuts
  • 1 tblsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Ginger
  • As much ice as you please!

Method

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Enjoy!

Serves 1, approx 350 calories
