If you’re keen to try a green Healthy Mummy Smoothie – this is a great option. Sweet and nutritious, this will keep you going all morning.
A great tip for making your smoothies nice and creamy is to store chunks of banana in the freezer to use in your smoothie.
The frozen texture adds a lovely smooth creaminess; and storing it in the freezer means you will always have banana to use, even when the fruit bowl is empty.
