This is a super easy and fast treat to prepare when you want something sweet that has been sent in by one of our fantastic mums on our plans, Renee Evans. This is ideal for a yummy snack whilst following a healthy eating diet plan for the best ways to lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup Goji berries
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons cacao
  • 1 banana

Method

  • Process all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place in a slice tray and sprinkle some coconut on top.
  • Put in the fridge to set, then slice and serve.
  • Serves 16, 135 calories per serve.
