Hello ladies my name is Filiz and I am one of the motivating mums for this month.
I applied to be your motivating mum this month to help inspire you, and to also keep myself on track.
So far I have been doing great. Eating from the lose baby weight 28 day online challenges every day and having smoothie for breakfast. I’ve really enjoyed all the new recipes this month.
My favourite recipe has been the tiramisu cupcakes!
I have lost 28 kilos using the smoothies and meal plans that the healthy mummies have created.
I also exercise at least 3 times a week. What I love about lose weight is would be the easy to prepare and the variety of foods that I am now preparing for my family.
Anyhow that’s enough from, I’m looking to lose finish this challenge with a loss of 4 kilos.
