She uses some of The Healthy Mummy dark chocolate almonds (available from our shop here) to make the smoothie feel like a dessert!

Ingredients:
  • Half a banana
  • Handful of ice
  • 250ml of milk
  • 3 Healthy Mummy Dark choc almonds
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Vanilla flavour.
Method:
  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
  • Enjoy!
