Exercise. We all know we should do it and we know it is important for losing pregnancy weight – especially losing stomach fat – but that doesn’t necessarily mean that we do do it. We all make our own list of excuses not to do exercise but most mums will agree that when we do do it we all feel so much healthier and better for it – plus exercise really helps weight loss post baby.
So I have decided to do a 7 Day Exercise Challenge to show everyone how exercise can be incorporated into your life and I encourage you to do the 7 day challenge with me. My bub will be with me every step of the way and you can see what exercise I do and how I fit it into my life without it feeling like a chore and without joining a gym, having a nanny or having any other help.
Each day I am going to do some exercise in the morning and video what I did and upload it here. You can see that exercise doesn’t have to mean a big gym session and it can be fitted into your busy and sleep deprived life. I make sure I do something every day and once it becomes routine it is so much easier! Plus if you have weight to lose combine the exercise with one of our nutritional weight loss packages and you can say “BYE BYE BABY WEIGHT”!
