Motivating mum Erin Field has been following the Lose Baby Weight plans and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge since April 2013 and lost a massive 43.7kg!!!
Today Erin is giving us an update of her how she has maintained her new healthy lifestyle- over to you Erin:

“Hi Mummies!
Heading into my 20th month on Lose Baby Weight and I have a renewed love for this amazing program. After starting Lose Baby Weight I lost an incredible 43.7kg in 9 months. Then I got stuck. The weight would not budge but I kept going and maintained my new healthy lifestyle.
Come May 2014 and I headed off on a dream cruise with the family. Over the next 2 months I saw my weight creep back up as I entered into the dreaded winter! Full of comforting food and bad weather it was hard to get out and be as active as I wanted to be.
Fast forward to December 2014 and my weight had jumped up to 88kg. With the fear of seeing the dreaded 90kg bombard my scales I decided that I needed to get back into it! Following the 28 Day Weightloss Challenge and back on the Healthy Mummy Smoothies I started to see a shift in the right direction.

Starting Jan 2015 I weighed in at 85kg and I decided it to take it up a notch and decided it was time to give up sugar!! Best thing I have done for myself in a long time! I still have the smoothies (and now they are 96% sugar free!) for breakfast and the occasional lunch and I interchange the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meals.
My last weigh in on Sunday I was ecstatic to see the scales at 80.5kg. I’m 1.5kg off where I was 13 months ago and 10.5kg off my goal weight. Finally comfortably back in my engagement and wedding rings for the first time in 5 years!!
I am loving life and my reflection again!! Thank you Lose Baby Weight for always being there and your continued support!! I’m a fan for life!!
