Hi Lose Baby Weight – I wanted to send you a screen shot of my weight loss tracking system in your members area as I am incredible happy and proud to have now lost 10kg of my pregnancy weight and I am loving being able to see my progress like this.
I also wanted to thank you for the pedometer (and free magazine) this week as since I got my pedometer on Tuesday I have been walking ten times more than usual and on some days I manage 10,000 and others I am just short and since Tuesday I have walked over 50,000 steps and I am over the moon about that!
I love it and it has really helped motivate me to move more and this week I have lost 2kg whereas other weeks I have lost 500g – 1kg – so the extra walking is obviously helping!
I have 11kg to go to hit my goal weight but I have never felt better and I am determined to get there by the end of October and will be sure to send my before and after pics when I do. Love the smoothies, love the plans so thank you again, Emily”
