I am proud to share with you my progress so far all thanks to the Lose Baby Weight plans and challenges and the Healthy Mummy Smoothies.

I started the plans in July when my baby was 8 weeks old, I was desperate to lose the weight I had stacked on in pregnancy and also wanted to know I was doing it safely so I could continue to breastfeed my baby.

I also joined the Facebook support group which is fantastic motivation. The Healthy Mummy Smoothies are yummy and the recipes are amazing! 
I love the 28 Day Weight Loss challenges and new recipes to try!
It’s now 4.5 months on and I have lost 18.5kg! Something I would never have thought was possible. I have gained my confidence, health and fitness back!
