Delicious fruit smoothie

  • 200ml lite milk
  • 2 TBS vanilla Healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix (I use McCain Season’s Choice)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/4  a banana
  • 1/4 an apple
  • a good shake of ground ginger
  • a good shake of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutella

Blend for 2 – 3 minutes then enjoy!
