Rae Lost 15kgs* with The Healthy Mummy Smoothies

Rae says: “I adore the Healthy Mummy smoothies.
The reason why I love them so much changes with each stage of my journey.
At the moment; 3 children under 4, one of them a newborn makes me love them for how quick and easy they are. Without the smoothies I would have time to eat once a day. 5 minutes is all it takes to decide on my ingredients, blend and enjoy.
Don’t even get me started on how fab they are for my milk supply! “
