Q. How do I access my 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan ebook?
A. Your unique link to download your plan is on your email order confirmation. Please check your junk/spam mail if you can't see it.

Can I use The Healthy Mummy Smoothies in pregnancy?
A. The smoothies do not have any caffeine, chemicals or artificial ingredients in them and are considered safe as an occasional snack in pregnancy. However, we do not recommend following any weight loss plan in pregnancy unless under your Doctor's supervision.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are sent via our Warehouse the day after your order is placed and sent via Express Post in Australia. International Orders are sent via Express International Courier and NZ orders take 4-5
working days. All other countries take 7-10 working days to deliver.

Q. Are the smoothies safe in breastfeeding?
A. The smoothies have been created to be low allergy (are dairy & gluten free) and have been designed to be safe in breastfeeding and have ingredients to help support milk supply - such as fenugreek, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.

Q. Can I buy the products individually or do I have to buy a plan?
A. You can buy any of our products individually within the mix & match section of our website shop
