Today it’s Coconut Rough Smoothie!
Ash says: “A smoothie for my afternoon snack today! This coconut rough smoothie tastes amazing!!! I made my hubby jealous and now I can hear him banging around in the kitchen presuming he’s making his own while I hide away drinking this deliciousness”
Ingredients
- 200ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp vanilla The Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp oats
- Lots of ice and blend
- Coco2 used for the choccy drizzle
Method
- Drizzle half the Coco2 inside glass
- Blend the rest together!
- Top with coconut and remainder of Coco2
- Enjoy!
