Oat bliss balls

Ingredients

  • 5 dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1tsp cacao
  • 2tsp coconut oil

Method

  • Process all ingredients together, mix will be crumbly but sticky- you can add a touch of water if needed
  • Roll teaspoon sized balls and pop in the fridge to set

Recipe makes 10 balls
