We are so excited to be buddying up together as FEB FRIENDZY Motivating Mums. We met over 15 years ago in high school and now 7 children later (4 for Chloe and 3 for Ebony) we are back together on a journey as healthy mummies thanks to the fantastic Lose Baby Weight program.

Hi, I’m Chloe, half of the team WA FEB FRIENDZY motivating mums. I have four kiddies aged 9,6, 3 & 10 months.

I have been following the 28 day challenges and smoothies since July 2015. At my last weigh-in in Dec 2015 I have lost 19kgs* and 86cms*.
I don’t like to rely on the scales so I choose to only weigh myself once every 2 months and mainly focus on my measurements, so I will be excited to see what my February weigh in has in store for me!!

Currently sitting at 103kg I am so excited & nervous to see that double digit number come up on the scale!!
As a mum of four I have found the challenges to be very helpful with being organised and ensuring I get my set meals in every day. Before the program I would barely ever eat breakfast and would be lucky to eat lunch.
Snacks were far and few between and it would be picking throughout the day. Then I would get to afternoon tea time and what I should have been eating over the course of the day would be stockpiled in the early to late evening.
I knew after getting pregnant with my fourth child that I had to change and excuses would need to be a thing of the past. Now I eat my set meals (which includes a smoothie for breakfast & lunch), healthy portions and I am NEVER hungry!
This program has made me realise how much better I feel for having a balanced healthy eating regime. Its just amazing to know that I am eating more and not missing out on the yummy ‘treats’ and yet here I am the healthiest I have been my whole adult life!
I am so excited to spend this month with Ebony and work together in reaching our goals! Its going to be so much fun and I hope in the process we can help other mums in this group to see how even with crazy busy lives it is possible to put yourself first!

Hi, I’m Ebony, the other half of the team WA FEBFRIENDZY motivating mums. I have 3 children under 5 and the youngest is 4 months old.

My friend Chloe introduced me to the healthy mummy group late last year after I reached out to her about wanting to get healthy.
I was so impressed by all the healthy mummies on the page and couldn’t wait to get involved. I purchased the 28 day diet and exercise plan book and a tub of each flavour of smoothies to play around with over December.
By January I was ready to commit which was an easy decision as the recipes are so easy and delicious. I love my smoothie for breakfast every morning and the hardest part is choosing which one to have as they are all so yummy.
I am so excited by my January weight loss of 6kg* and over 30cm*, and I am so happy to have found the awesome Lose Baby Weight program.
I also love the peace of mind that comes with this program, knowing that I have lost the weight in a healthy way and not with some fad diet.
Being a FIFO wife I am finding the support and motivation of this group amazing and I can’t wait for February. Although I am only new to this group I am so excited to be a part of the FEB FREINDZY motivating mums with my friend Chloe and I hope my journey this month as a newbie will help motivate other new healthy mummies.

We are very much looking forward to buddying up and motivating each other over the month of February.
So far we have planned coastal walks together as well as other Healthy Mummy exercises, Healthy Mummy cooking together with our kids, and drinking Healthy Mummy smoothies together.
We are also planning a few friendly mini challenges between us for some extra motivation like who can clock up the most steps in 24 hours.
So here goes! We hope as a team we can motivate you, inspire you and be there for you in any supportive way you need.
