This month we are pleased to introduce Sophie Violi as a Motivating Mum and so far on the Lose Baby Weight Plans she has lost 7kg!.

Mum of two Sophie says she was inspired by Linda Hallas’s story (which you can read here) and has already seen results from her new eating and exercise regimen.

Let’s hand over now to Sophie….

‘Hi, my name is Sophie and I’m excited to have the chance to be a Motivating Mum on team Lose Baby Weight.

Lose Baby Weight came just at the right time for me, like a knight in shining armour.

I have 2 children, Michaela aged 2.5 and Frankie who just turned 1.

I am a full time stay at home mum (well for now anyway, until I decide to end my maternity leave).

At end of my first pregnancy I had gained an extra 14 kilos, weighing in at 107 kg.

We decided to try for our second baby approx 8 months after giving birth, so I still had most my previous baby weight, and in my second pregnancy gained 11 kilos.

I breastfed both my babies, but I wasn’t one of the mums where the weight just dropped off.

‘This week has been really good for me, I’ve stayed focused on my eating (and remembering to eat) and I have been sticking to the 4 week exercise plan in the 28 day plan.

I have been loving the protein balls, and the chickpea cookies are delicious (perfect for that quick snack).

I think my body is actually getting used to eating again, as I’m getting hungry in between meals again.

Kate Lost 6kg And 36cm

‘I started the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan 9 weeks ago and I feel so much better about myself.

I’m lighter, healthier and happier!

After the birth of my second daughter I had put on 6kg and was determined to get rid of it.

But I just couldn’t find the time or energy with a new baby and a 3 year old to look after.

I came across the Lose Baby Weight page on Facebook and was inspired, so I ordered the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan.

I followed it to the letter for 4 weeks.

I even made my husband eat the meals and he was impressed!

Laura Lost 18kg in 8 Months

‘I have always struggled in maintaining a stable weight, and always seem to yoyo up and down.

When I was pregnant with my son I gained a whopping 23 kilos. After the birth I weighed 83 kilos. 6 weeks later I weighed 77 kilos (picture on the left).

With the help of the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and frequent walks as recommended in the Lose Baby Weight plans I was able to shed 18 kilos in a matter of 8 months, dropping to 59 kilos (see picture on the right).

Over to you Robyn…

‘Last week was a bad week for me. A few things went wrong and by Friday I was feeling really down. I was particularly feeling fatigued about trying to lose weight.

In the afternoon I decided enough was enough and I got myself up off the couch, threw on my workout clothes, put Charlotte in the pram and went for a run.

Just getting out into the fresh air and exercising made me feel better.

While I ran I thought about why I was feeling so fatigued about trying to lose weight and through the clarity that only running can bring, I realised it was because I didn’t want to lose anymore weight!

I have met my weight loss goals for both the month of May and overall.

I am feeling really good about my weight and the way I look. I am happy with my current weight, which is in the healthy BMI range

Laura-Lie Lost 7kg in 7 Weeks

‘When I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter, my weight climbed up to 95kg and I felt horrible.

Once she was born I went back to 80kg but put on more weight because I was feeling down from complications after her birth.

When Amelia was 3 months old I found the Lose Baby Weight website and decided to try it.

Being breastfeeding friendly was a massive incentive to buy the Healthy Mummy Smoothies.

I started the Lose Baby Weight weight loss challenge with some friends and having the healthy mummy smoothie reminded me to have a nice healthy breakfast every morning.

Now, over to Eleanor…

‘So I was feeling pretty low last week.

But I took a photo of myself on Mother’s Day and compared it to a picture I took almost a year ago.

To be honest I was pretty blown away by the change and actually proud.

I know I should never have let myself get to where I was, but I made the choice to change and get healthy again, and I’m getting there.

Samantha Lost Over 6kg

There were two reasons I decided to try Lose Baby Weight.

Firstly, my daughter had what I thought was bad colic and I couldn’t work out what I was/wasn’t eating that was making her sick.

Secondly, I just could not shake the last 5kgs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight!

Dawn Is Now 2kg Below Her Pre-Baby Weight

I had my third child in Nov 2012.

I had gained about 17kgs during the pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter I lost 7 kgs in the first few days.

Then, unlike my other pregnancies, the weight loss stopped.

Even though I was breastfeeding I couldn’t seem to get below 70kgs.

I was always fairly active during pregnancy and the births of my first two kids and the weight just kind of fell off by itself. But with number 3 I just didn’t have the same opportunities to squeeze exercise in.

Enter Lose Baby Weight and I have now lost 9kg!

Tasheena Lost 4kg In 4 Weeks

‘I’m a mum to 3 beautiful kids under 3.5. The youngest is 5 months old.

I’ve whacked on 30kgs in the last 3 years and I’ve been very unhappy and unmotivated until I came across Lose Baby Weight.

I bought the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan book and have lost 4kgs in less then 4 weeks.

I couldn’t be happier!

I’m still going as I need to lose another 23kgs.
