The recipes on our 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan are specifically created to be packed full of nutrition, full of taste, great for weight loss and easy for the busy mum to make.
The 28 Day Plan comes with a daily food plan to follow with detailed recipes, snacks and meals for breakfast, lunch and snacks
One of the biggest amounts of feedback we receive (other than all the weight loss feedback and results we get sent in) is that everyone loves the food and recipes and how it has transformed the way they eat.
We have tried to make it really easy to follow as possible too with a weekly shopping list and heaps of advice and tips.
And below we have shared one of the yummy recipes on the 28 day plan – the Smoked Salmon Salad – we hope you enjoy

‘I’m a mum to 3 beautiful kids under 3.5. The youngest is 5 months old.
I’ve whacked on 30kgs in the last 3 years and I’ve been very unhappy and unmotivated until I came across Lose Baby Weight.
I bought the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan book and have lost 4kgs in less then 4 weeks.
I couldn’t be happier!
I’m still going as I need to lose another 23kgs.

I have been on my pregnancy weight loss journey since November, I embraced everything I could from lose baby weight, the 28 day diet & exercise plan has been my bible, the healthy mummy smoothies have been my saviour. The facebook updates as welcoming to me as hearing from family.
The journey has been incredible! I was motivating mum of the month for March and enjoyed every second of it. I exercised daily ate healthy, enjoyed my daily healthy mummy smoothie/s!
And to date I have lost 36kg on the Lose Baby weight plans – you can see my weight loss story here where I talk about my journey.
But in April so far I have lost just over a kilo I have kept up everything I have been doing, but for some reason it all just stopped. I felt disappointed my lounge work outs weren’t doing what they had previously been doing.
My daughter had surgery last week to have her tonsils removed which in advance I knew would mean I would be hospital bound and house bound for 2 weeks.
I made a goal at this stage to not sit down from the moment of getting out of bed to the moment my children were all put to bed. Obviously I sat occasionally to feed my baby but more often I stood.
The first 2 days doing this were the hardest, toward the end of the day I would sit for 30 seconds at a time to take the pressure off. When I made it out of hospital with my daughter and we were home I all of a sudden could not believe that I was happy to be standing, I was amazed at the house work I was getting done

Let me start from the beginning of my weight gain journey.
I am a mother to 3 beautiful children aged 5, 3 and 8 months.
During all three pregnancies I did no favours to my body through what I ate and the amount of exercise I did (or should I say didn’t do).
Before I had kids I was about 75kgs. When I was pregnant the first time I put on 10 kilos which I thought was great, as it wasn’t going to be too much of a problem to lose all that weight easily.
I thought wrong.
I tried and tried and only lost about 5 of the 10 kilos.
Then I fell pregnant for the second time, where I put on another 10 kilos.

After reading the Lose Baby Weight website and seeing that I could still breastfeed my then 3 month old while using their healthy mummy smoothies, I decided I needed to try it and everything about it lived up! The products, healthy mummy smoothies and 28 day diet & exercise plan has transformed me and I could not be happier or prouder. And my milk supply has increased dramatically.
While I was pregnant with my new addition, now 6 months old, I told the doctor I was not happy, just before giving birth I was weighing 122kg (BMI 39.8)! Was I ever going to find myself again? I felt like all this weight was literally suffocating me and making me sad. I avoided photos because I did not like the way I looked. At my 6 week post birth check-up, we discussed my weight again, I was 109kgs (BMI 35.6), 3kgs heavier than when I got pregnant with number 3.

Last week
Last week I would say I stuck to my 28 day diet and exercise meal plan and made good food choices about 95% of the time. There were a couple of occasions where plans changes at the last minute and I was stuck outside the house with no food for lunch etc but I tried to make good choices on those occasions.

This week I have found the 28 day Lose Baby Weight food plan to be awesome I found it easy to follow especially with the new hard copy book in hand with the weekly food list, plan and recipes.
Having it all there in front of me helped me stick to the healthy eating as I did not have to think up what to have next. It really has been put together well for busy mums to follow. The only thing I adjusted was the fish as even tho I tried really hard I cannot bring myself to eat cooked fish (tinned fish I can do) so I had chicken instead. I will keep trying though as I know how good it is for me.
