 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (200g) quick oats
  • 1 large banana (the riper the better)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup (38g) sesame seeds

METHOD

  • Mash bananas in a large bowl & set aside.
  • Place sesame seeds into a deep bowl & set aside.
  • Mix oats & honey into bowl containing mashed banana and combine well.
  • Roll 1 tablespoon of banana mixture into balls, you should be able to make 12 balls.
  • Once all balls are rolled, roll in sesame seeds.
  • Once coated place in fridge to set, for approximately 30 minutes.

Makes: 12 Balls, 112 Calories per ball.
