“So this is nearly a year of long hard work and using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge – thought I share my belly progress photos.
I am happy to say I have finally beat my two month plateau and feel amazing.
After an increase of exercise and reading all the amazing blogs on the healthy mummy website to figure out what I could be doing wrong I had to increase my bmr and get more sleep and increase my water intake so this week I lost 1kg on my weigh in today
I am so glad I have found this program because its so hard losing weight and trying to find that level of support and finding where you need to start and Every day ladies on here inspire me to do my best. And so i just wanted to say never give up on your goals.
