I have enjoyed this month’s November 28 day Challenge which was about Speed, creating fast amazing healthy recipes designed for busy mums.
Since the 100 day countdown to summer I have lost 18kg* and 70cm from my body, but I am proud to say that since I have started my weight loss journey I have lost 40Kg* and half way to reaching my goal weight.

Been a motivating mum was a great motivating experience for myself  that has helped keep me on track and during my weight loss journey.
I have over come many bad habits and replaced them with good healthy choice habits.
I can proudly say I have been six months without soft drink, junk food and I have seen so many improvements in my skin alone from the benefits of healthy eating and dedication on the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Challenge.
I highly suggest to busy mothers, if you’re wanting to lose weight and maintain a healthy life style that on the Lose Baby Weight Program you will see results and to get better results these are some tips that have worked for me on my journey I would like to share with you.

  • Don’t rely on scales to show you the changes, take progress pictures weekly and your measurements.
  • If you find old habits coming back in and lose motivation, remember motivation gets you started but habit keeps you going. So if your lacking motivation continue to work on the bad habits and you will find that once you can swap a chocolate bar for a piece of fruit, you will find that making healthier food choices becomes easier and keeps you on track.
  • Work on small changes, for me to quit soft drink and take away foods I minimised how much I was eating and drinking and slowly cut back. It took me 6 weeks before I saw myself making changes 100 per cent.
  • Drink your 2L of water a day this helps flush out your body and keeps you hydrated and weight loss results are better when your body is fully hydrated.
  • If you are to finding no time to exercise or to tired or making excuses of not wanting to exercise, try increasing incidental exercises. I have increased mine by doing scissor leg exercises when lying down in bed and I do arm circles as well. Scissor exercises are great for bed time stories with your children. Also Squats are great when you are hanging out washing and lunges can be done also.
