We are also passionate about ensuring that mums lose their weight in a healthy way – and for this reason we don’t advocate dramatic weight loss.
Our weight loss plans have been specifically created to be safe in breastfeeding and are packed full of foods and nutrients that help to support your milk supply and we constantly get feedback about increased milk supply from mums who are on our Lose Baby Weight Plans.
We also do not advise changing your diet or starting on any nutritional plan if your baby suffers from colic, reflux or digestive issues before prior consultation with your Doctor as certain foods can make the situation worse.

We also have our breastfeeding safe Healthy Mummy Smoothies which were created to be safe in breastfeeding.
These smoothies are designed to be a meal replacement for either just breakfast or both breakfast and lunch. They are packed full of nutrients, are low in sugar, high in fibre, high in protein, are dairy free, are gluten free and have added ingredients such as fenugreek, flaxseed and pumpkin seed.
