Ingredients

  • 2tbs strawberry Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 10g processed bran
  • 25g beetroot
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1tbs Greek yoghurt
  • 10 almonds
  • 250ml water (in lieu of almond milk)
  • Lots of ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins until well combined
  • Enjoy!
