Ingredients:
  • 250ml low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp of Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 8 hazelnuts
Method:
  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
