We have this quick, yummy and easy reader recipe for you all to try that wont throw you off your healthy eating plan.
This banana cinnamon microwave cake is packed full of fibre that will help to keep you fuller for longer making it a great snack to have while losing baby weight.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
- 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 banana mashed
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 1tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
- 1/3 cup almond milk/ or milk of choice
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a different bowl
- Then combine to two together
- Mix until well combined
- Put in a microwave safe dish
- Put in the microwave for 3-4min until cooked
- Optional can top with yoghurt and nuts
Recipe can serve 2 at 271 cal each
Or recipe can serve 3 smaller portions at 181 cal each
