Hi Lose Baby Weight, I’m only new to the healthy mummy smoothies, but one I’ve knocked up is a banana walnut one.

  • – 2 tablespoons of chocolate lose baby weight powder
  • – 250 ml skim milk
  • – half a banana
  • – small handful of walnuts
  • – dash of honey

Blend away and all done! I love it because it’s thick and filling. I also think the banana/walnut combo is very tasty!
The nuts also give it more texture.
