I’m so excited to be one of the Motivating Mums for December, I love sharing my journey with you all and also love to be apart of your journeys too.
Back in July 2014 I was a completely different person, I had no friends, no self worth, no respect for my self, depression and severe anxiety and that’s just to name a few.
As I begun to drop the weight, the old me started to return, the happy me.
My self confidence started to rise higher and not just because I was losing the kilos, but because I was doing things that I never thought I would achieve.

I was sticking to plans I had made, I begun to love exercise and I was starting to love what I would see in the mirror.
One of my absolute favourite things from Lose Baby Weight are The Healthy Mummy Smoothies!!! They are not a weight loss shake!
They are a healthy, nutritious SMOOTHIE that taste like bliss!! So many different smoothies you can create, unless you become addicted to one flavour for awhile (sneaky snickers…..anyone?) lol
December is known for “the crazy silly season” but I’m committed to staying on track, we all have the knowledge from Lose Baby Weight to keep us on the healthier path.
So let’s do this ladies. December is our month, let’s rock these bikinis on Christmas Day!
