Alana says:
I started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and Healthy Mummy Smoothies on 13/10/15 at 103.1kgs, 10 weeks later and I have lost 10.5kgs and I am currently at 92.6kgs.

Although I won’t be the 90kgs I was hoping for by the 25th, I am happy with what my mind and body have managed to achieve so far!

On December first, I also made a pledge in my local LBW Facebook group that I would walk 100kms on my treadmill before December 31st, I am stoked to say that I reached my 100km mark yesterday (20/12/15) and can’t wait to add more.
I’m so glad that I found LBW/HM when I did, it has completely changed the way my family and I eat and also our outlook on food.
Not once since I started LBW have I felt “hungry”, and I still can’t believe I have found a successful way to safely lose weight while breastfeeding as well as eating delicious foods.

I actually look forward to preparing meals and getting off my butt! I purchased the Healthy Mummy Smoothies from the start but was hesitant to use them, once I started though, I haven’t stopped! They are a delicious quick alternative when you need something on the run or just don’t feel like food. The different combinations of what you can make with them are endless too!

Lose Baby Weight really isn’t a diet, but a lifestyle change. One that I plan to keep from here on out. I am the lightest I have been for 6years now and I am so grateful for the confidence gained, support given and education received from the creators of LBW/HM, my local consultant Tegan Dennis & all the women on the facebook support pages.

I am happy to say for the first time since I can remember, I will enter the new year happy with myself and what I have acheived this year.
