I am so excited to have found Lose Baby Weight.  As cliché as it sounds, Lose Baby Weight has totally changed my life. I feel like a new person.
I enjoy clothes shopping again and my wardrobe has other colours apart from just black.

My confidence is at an all time high and I feel like I can tackle anything.  I never thought it would be possible, but here I am 5.5 months into my journey and there is no looking back now.
I still have a total of 28kg to lose to reach my goal weight, but I can now certainly see that this goal is achievable.
Since beginning my Lose Baby Weight journey, I have totally changed my relationship with food. This has always been my downfall.
The 28 Day Challenges have helped me immensely in this area. A common problem in my house would be figuring out what to cook for dinner.
Quite often, due to lack of time and motivation it would be quicker and easier to go and grab takeaway. Boy how times have changed.
My husband and I are so keen to get home from work and trial new recipes for dinner. I can honestly say, that the meals are so delicious and so easy to prepare.

We now have a lot more variety in our food and the meals are easy enough for us to prepare after a busy day in the office as we both work fulltime.
My family and I are really loving the 28 Day Challenge meals so far. The Pepper steak and Cauliflower bake, The Speedy Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni have been 2 of our highlights. So delicious!
The whole family approved. I am not one to make two meals so they don’t have much choice. Haha!
How good is the spring weather? It is so much easier getting up in the morning now than it was in winter. I love taking my morning walks. I try and aim for at least 8-10km every morning.
Recently I have tried to incorporate a bit of running. I am not a runner by any means (I probably never will be), but each walk I try and do just little bit of running and it’s getting easier.

I am able to go longer and longer each time. It’s amazing considering that when I first started I struggled to run 10 metres. I doubt I will ever be able to run long distances, but as they say, baby steps. One day I might surprise myself!
Each week as my fitness and overall health gets better, I am amazed at how much more I can do. I have so much more energy. I enjoy getting out with the kids. I enjoy doing the house work and just in general keeping active.
As we all know, Christmas is just around the corner.
I have been studying the Lose Baby Weight Xmas recipe book getting all excited about all the yummy things I will be able to make without the fear of putting on weight.
I am so confident that I will be able to make the right choices and continue on my weight loss during this period. It’s also dawned on me that the new years is also around the corner and this wear when I pledge that I will work hard towards becoming more fit and healthy I will mean it.
2016 will be the year I reach my weight loss goal and I am so excited! What are your goals for 2016?
