I started my first 28 Day Challenge in June. So August was my third challenge and by far my most successful. To date I’ve lost almost 12kgs and I couldn’t be happier! The 28 day challenges have given me back my life and I couldn’t be more grateful. My biggest down fall was my love of all the wrong foods.
